The ideal candidate will have experience driving business development, crafting customer opportunities, developing highly performing teams, and utilising cutting-edge technology to solve customer problems.The role is pivotal to the future success of the group and will influence and shape the delivery of services and solutions across a wide range of Jacobs projects. The GeoSpatial Service Lead will have demonstrable commercial understanding and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience. Contributing to the overall business performance of the group by implementing the overall vision, developing client relationships, generating new business, and embedding GeoSpatial solutions within all strategic markets in Jacobs EMEA.Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Degree qualified in relevant discipline
  • Strong GeoSpatial background and experience
  • A strategic mentality, with demonstrated definition and delivery of strategy
  • Strong business development and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Demonstrable commercial leadership
  • Demonstrable experience of innovation and a focus on technology / market leading solutions
  • Builds strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative approach both internally and externally, with a strong teamwork ethic
  • Extensive consultancy and project delivery experience
  • High level of personal accountability
  • Soft skills should include the ability to be disruptive and innovative, stretching thought collaboratively, with a focus on a longer term delivery vision.
