Job Description

As a leader in the debt recovery enforcement sector, the Bristow and Sutor Group of companies have been operating for over 40 years’ supporting hundreds of local authorities and Transport for London.We are looking to recruit an Enforcement Agent Manager to join our team, overseeing our field based enforcement teams around the UK. Initially based from home, you will be expected to travel on a regular basis to our head office in Redditch, as well as other locations throughout the UK.Key elements of the role include:

  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Enforcement department - including all field-based team activities/performance, as well as internal administration and fleet teams
  • Establish and monitor departmental performance KPIs - in line with business and customer requirements
  • Responsible for overall performance improvement - agreeing strategies with their management teams
  • Overall responsibility for a field-based team of 130+, through a team of line managers
  • Oversight of the complaint process to ensure EA department compliance & improvement.
  • Responsible for the compliance and target achievement of the department - conducting performance reviews where required
  • Identify recruitment and resource requirements - ensuring gaps are filled in a timely manner
  • Champion and oversee change projects within the function

    • Please note this is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week based from Redditch/Home and a full UK driving licence is required.Benefits include:
