Job Description

This is based in Birmingham with expected travel covering UK & Ireland so you must be a commutable distance to Birmingham.This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a NEBOSH general certificate in H&S as well as strong leadership skills where you are currently working in a large consumer & retail environment, hospitality or property sector, managing and developing multifunctional teams as well as successful internal collaboration.Role Purpose:Leadership of flagship destinations with accountability and responsibility for all activities on site including service charge, car park and budget management whilst supporting the delivery and raising standards across the assets.Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Lead local stakeholder management with a variety of brand partners, ensuring appropriate support is given to enable commercial success - multiples include; Retail, food, beverage and leisure
  • As the assets evolve, you must be able to lead other local business-to-business relationships which include logistics, residential, offices and other purposes in line with RICS guidelines
  • Deliver an unforgettable and engaging experience for the Consumers
  • Provide support , leadership and coaching to your teams across the business
  • Collaborate with other General Managers across other locations to help develop best practice
  • Develop a positive and sustainable working environment for you colleagues as well as the local community
  • Work closely with Asset Management and Leasing colleagues to ensure growth based against business plan
  • Cost effective solutions and increase productivity across all aspects of the sites, budget management of up to £10m annual spend
