Job Description

Front End Web Developer - Birmingham£25,000-£30,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Front-end Web Developer who is keen to have autonomy, creative freedom and their work seen! You will join an organisation with an engaged and passionate team, with a proven track record of achievement and you will become part of the highly valued front-line of the organisation. Expect to be given plenty of autonomy and your ideas will be valued; while being encouraged to bring them to the table, regularly. Working closely with the Lead Developer and other agency partners, you will help further develop our website and bespoke platforms.Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Developing, maintaining and expanding the company website with additional content areas
  • Creating bespoke campaign-related website features
  • Assisting our content editors with formatting blog posts and website content
  • Developing bespoke interactive features for the website
  • Working on developing the style/appearance of our e-learning platform
  • HTML/CSS and ability to create responsive web page designs
    • Key Skills
  • JavaScript
  • PHP
  • WordPress theme development
  • Git/Source control
  • CSS Framework experience
  • JavaScript Framework experience (Vue.js, React or similar)
  • Experience on Moodle (great but not essential)
  • Customer-focussed approach to design
