Job Description

We are recruiting for a Fluent French speaking candidate with HR Advisory experience to work for a leading global business in their field. As a French Speaking HR Advisor you will be working as part of a wider HR team and will have the following experience:

  • Fluent language ability in French and English
  • Experience of HR administration
  • HR Advisory experience in terms of processes and policies
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
    • As a French Speaking HR Advisor, you will be responsible not just for supporting the office in France, you will also be responsible for:
  • Creating and issuing new contracts of employment for new starts
  • Preemployment screening and managing the full onboarding process
  • Processing maternity and paternity requests
  • Supporting HR queries by phone and email (French and English)
  • Providing advice on a variety of HR topics
    • This is a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaking individual who has some exposure to HR to develop their career in this field. This role is temporarily home working but will be based partly at the Birmingham office and partly at home long term. Required skills
