Are you an electrical engineer who can speak fluent French or German and based in the West Midlands Do you possess the ability to provide remote technical support to customers and colleagues If so, please read on for a great opportunity we have for ourclient, an award-winning EV charging manufacturer.As a Technical Support Engineer you will receive extensive training and support to become an expert on commercial, DC electric vehicle chargers. You will be providing remote support to customers and field service engineers to diagnose and rectify faults. Youwill be providing support to European clients and so fluent French, or German is required as you will be discussing technical terminology. The hardware and software involved is constantly evolving on the EV chargers, so you will need to enjoy the learningcurve that working in the industry will entail.In return, you will receive a competitive salary. You will be a key member of a rapidly expanding company and will have future progression opportunities. You do not need EV experience however, ideally, you will have an electrical engineering degree along witha track record in technical support or similar.
