Theyre entrepreneurial, driven, brilliantly creative and looking for a Freelance Digital Designer to join the team.The business is focused on supporting brands in their stages of growth,offering built technology that delivers what their business needs as they evolve. Theyre looking for a Designer who can visualise this tech and bring it to life. The sectors they support are diverse but predominantly within retail (direct to consumer) aswell as health and wellness.So what will you get up to day to day in this role+ Lead the team through multiple projects and ongoing timelines.+ Oversee the creation and production of campaigns and design solutions for clients.+ Handle a variety of projects that range from interface and product design to branding and campaigns.+ Manage and create complex design systems for clients.+ Inspire the team and provide mentorship in all areas of production including visual, copy, and experience design.+ Act as a design liaison between the team and customer.+ Participate constructively in interdepartment and cross-service.The ideal candidate will have:+ A proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work, and a master-level understanding of design, including typography and layout.+ A knowledge of visual, interactive, and motion design trends, and are uent in simple executions that make big statements.+ Experience in creating visual interface designs for websites and mobile applications.+ A fresh approach, and a mentality which embraces challenges and new methods of thinking.+ An ability to exhibit exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients.+ An up to date portfolio.Interested Send your CV and samples today for immediate consideration.AA123
