Role is to support the Financial Planning and Analysis team in delivering a Live Long Term Financial Plan and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision making.Client DetailsMy Client is a Housing Association headquartered out of Birmingham they are a dynamic forward thinking social housing business who have big growth plans focused on new developments.DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has come about for an experienced finance professional to support with the delivery of a robust "live" Long Term Financial Plan ("LTFP") and to support with the strategic decision making to the organisation.This is a highly analytical finance role, suitable to someone who has strong experience in managing data and innovative to make recommendations in relation to improving the Financial Planning and Analysis service for the Group.The FP&A Analyst will support the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and the wider finance team to solve problems, perform strong financial modelling and provide insights to support and challenge decision making.This role will be key to ensure the LTFP is consciously updated to reflect the latest financial position that includes analysis of SOCI, SOFP and Cashflow for each company in the group whilst remaining robust, compliant with the groups external covenants.Profile
