Job Description

Our client prides themselves on fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and empowersteam members to make a significant impact through stakeholder engagement.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst to join this finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the companys financial planning and decision-making processes.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse financial data, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability.Why join our client

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Cost Analysis: Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather financial information and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Financial Strategy: Assist in the development of financial strategies and recommendations to enhance profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified/Finalist/QBE Accountant
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
