**New role** Fire & Security Engineer - Birmingham - £30,000 - £36,000 Depending on experience - Company vehicle - Company phone - UniformI am currently seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to work in a well established team for a market leading client who are looking for someone in the Midlands. The role will involve working Monday to Friday and being involved in a rare call out rota which you shouldnt get called out more than 3 times a year. Ideally you will need to be located in Birmingham as this is where most of thee work is.The successful Fire & Security Engineer will be responsible for completing the service & maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV & access control. Occasionally you will be involved in some small works but they really need someone with C-Cure experience. You will be working on high end sites so SC clearance will be required. Being able to talk to customers in an efficient manner is essential. You will be expected to cover the midlands area as a minimum and some further travel may be involved on occasions.The following is some of the key skills required for this position:-Organisational skills -Experience within the fire & security industry-The ability to work in a team & individually -Knowledge of the following manufacturers would be advantageous: Advanced, Kentec, Galaxy, Texecom, HikVision, Paxton , Lenel, C-cure, Gent-FIA qualifications would be beneficial -Any electrical experience would also be advantageous This position is well suited for someone who is an experience engineer looking to join a forward thinking company who are growing at a rapid pace within the industry.
