SF Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic manufacturing business based in the Birmingham area. They are currently recruiting a Financial Reporting and Data Analyst, responsible for all of the Reporting and Sales Controlling activities for theCompany ensuring that Revenue is reported accurately and data integrity is maintained at all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business with real progression prospects. - Ensuring Turnover is reported accurately and in accordance with the Company revenue recognition policy - Ensuring that Cost of Sales is reported accurately on a monthly basis - Investigation of discrepancies caused by system errors and employee mistakes - Maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders - Represent the Company as the reporting super user to internal members of staff and to the Group - Manipulation of large amounts of data, data sets, and data cubes into useful management information to enabled informed decisions to be made - Training of staff and continuous improvement of the SAP infrastructure - Liaison with Group Finance and Controlling ensuring tasks and reports are delivered on time and to a high standard - Creation of reports within Business Warehouse data environment - Maintenance and development of the Management Information System and Senior Management dashboards - Support the Management Accountant in preparation of the VAT submission - Maintenance of the Chart of Accounts, including creation of new cost centres and general ledger codes Please get in touch if this sounds of interest.
