Overview We are working with a trusted, Birmingham based client of ours who is looking to appoint a Financial Controller to oversee a transnational team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a large practice background who is looking to take their first jump into industry. And what a jump it will be as this large wholesale organisation will certainly keep you busy and give you plenty tosink your teeth into!It will be your responsibility to monitor your teams performance, set KPIs, train, motivate and delegate effectively.
