Were looking for a talented Financial Controller to work for an established company is Tyseley.They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of financial management and having worked within the manufacturing sector.If thats you then you could be exactly what theyre looking for.----The Role:Reporting to the Finance Director, as the Financial Controller you will be primarily responsible for:- Supporting the group Financial Director to prepare monthly consolidated and fully integrated management accounts- The preparation of individual company management accounts- Preparing budgets and subsequent monthly variance analysis- Assist with group forecasting- Supporting & advising business Department Managers, whilst also challenging them around performance- Developing & report on relevant KPIs to monitor, measure & drive performance- Monitoring & review sales performance by product line/area, ensuring volume and margin targets are achieved-Quarterly grant return & community.----The Candidate:The ideal candidate for this Financial Controller role will have relevant experience of monthly P&Ls.Youll also need experience of:- Balance sheets, forecasting and cash flow- Management accounting- Costing and margin analysis- Variance analysis and and KPI reporting-Quarterly grant return & community.- The manufacturing sectorIn addition, youll need the following:- A qualification in CIMA- Management accounting skills- Hands on financial management experience- Strong MS Excel skillsThe ideal person for the role will be the following:- Able to travel to the Birmingham office- Flexible and embraces change- Forward thinking and motivated- A strong communicatorDoes that sound like you If so, wed love to see your CV.----The Package:Basic salary:Up to £55,000 per annumBenefits:Flexible hours on a Friday and on-site and free parking----The Company:They are a specialist engineering/ manufacturing company, and as a business theyve been around since 1978.Theyre a great company to work for.
