The City & Capital Group are currently representing a well-respected Independent Financial Advisory firm who have retained our services in order to identify and appoint X2 new Financial Advisors to join their growing team at the earliest opportunity.The roles have become available following a recent successful acquisition in the region and as a result clients will be available for you to inherit and service from day one. This therefore means that IFA’s who are qualified to Level 4 or above can be considered with or without client ownership to bring with them. This is a salaried role with additional bonus potential.Advisers who do choose to bring their clients with them would be welcomed as the company continues to grow and these client relationships will be ringfenced for you upon appointment so you retain those relationships should you move on in the future.Our client has been operating with great success in the market for a number of years. They offer whole of market access to their clients as an independent and also operate their own DFM arm within the business. Within the role you will have the full support of the teams hardworking & experienced paraplanners and administrators allowing you to focus more of your time on client relationships and activity.The successful Advisers joining the firm will have local access to the businesses headquarters but flexible working is part of their culture.
