Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Interim Financial Accountant to join our established team. This role is critical to provide direction and control to overall compliance to Accounting standard, Government regulation and Companys policies.Client DetailsThe firm is a leading player in the industrial/manufacturing sector. This UK based team plays a critical rolein supporting the companys operations and financial success.Description

  • Overseeing and managing daily accounting tasks
  • Preparing monthly and yearly financial statements
  • Contribute to preliminary work with UK Operations controller to prepare Target and Re-Forecast models
  • Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
  • Direct the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, management financial reports, and regulatory reports.
  • Working with internal and external auditors during audits
  • Contribute to control the accuracy, consistency in overall of accounting transaction.
  • Compliance with international and local accounting standard, corporate income tax, related to company level.
ProfileA successful candidate should have:
  • Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system implementation
  • Knowledge of UK Accountancy reporting standards
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
