Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • The Job Holder will manage a team of technical and functional analysts across a range of technologies developing and supporting the financial and Practice management solutions including integration with other solutions both on premise and in The Cloud.
  • This will incorporate; General Ledger, Procurement, Expense Management, Client Funds, Time Recording, Asset Management, HR and other financial instruments
  • Manage the workload and performance of the team.
  • Managing multiple projects from initial concept through development and deployment
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of the application landscape, application integration, data models and flows.
  • Manage the full software development/deployment Life Cycle with respect to the development of the firms process PMS/ERP and Integration application landscape, including but not limited to the following: Business Process Analysis and documentation, Functional Specification, Technical Specification, Data modelling, Development & Deployment and handover to the Service Delivery
  • Assist in the management of such projects from inception, business, functional and technical analysis and specification to deployment and support; incorporating where appropriate: Business functional workshops, Design documentation, Appropriate development documentation, Application/data security specifications, Technical architecture specification, Manage UAT cycles & Deployment and handover to the support function
    • Skills Required
  • 3 years+ experience in a managerial capacity, with extensive ERP/PMS systems integration knowledge
  • At least one full implementation of a large scale Finance/ERP implementation including document store architecture, backup and recovery; deployment and governance framework.
  • Technologies/Systems - Aderant, Elite 3E, Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, MS SQLServer & Workflow technologies
  • Any experience with regard to cloud technologies particularly Azure, MS Teams and M365 Wheel would be of particular interest.
