OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our client, a dynamic consultancy business based in Birmingham. The ideal candidate for this role will be either part-qualified or QBE (Qualified by Experience), bringing previous experience in managingsmall teams. As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the finance teams operations while providing essential financial insights to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass leading the team and contributing to theproduction of management accounts and reports for client projects.You will lead and supervise a compact finance team, providing mentorship and support to ensure the accurate and timely execution of financial tasks. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to compile comprehensive management accounts, encompassingfinancial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
