We are a global company that is passionate about IT and where we look to simplify the complex.Due to our continued growth and further development of our finance function, we are looking to recruit a new colleague into our highly collaborative and talented finance team, who relishes leading change, continuous improvement and who is focused on peopledevelopment and creating a best-in-class finance function.Reporting to the Director of Financial Control, you will be responsible for leading a team of management accountants in producing and presenting timely and accurate financial information for the SCC plc UK.You will support the Commercial Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis teams in providing Business Unit heads and the UK Executive team with management accounts and ad hoc financial analysis to aid decision making and enhance profitability.This role involves leading continuous improvement activity throughout the finance function ensuring; effective understanding of our processes, implementation of process and system improvements and management of change to ensure that we continually evolve.Key Responsibilities:
