Job Description

We specialise in delivering employment, health, justice and youth services, creating new and improved ways to support everyone daily and drive social change.As our Finance Business Partner, you will share knowledge with stakeholders to make the right choice within your delegated contracts and wider support across your dedicated division. Assisting Ingeus UK to achieve commercial success by ensuringfinancial forecasting, planning, finding resolutions and operational control, whilst working closely with the operational and financial accounting teams.This is a great opportunity to utilise your business partnering expertise, as you will get involved in the following:

  • Monthly financial results and the key financial drivers of your division
  • Review of Business monthly management accounts and business drivers
  • Regular meetings with the contract managers and site managers for your business area
  • Prepare data and evaluation in collaboration with Business Managers
  • Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner where required
  • Support with external financial submissions
  • Extract and review data from in-house databases, surveys and reports.
  • Efficiently manage Company assets to limit the risk of fraud or corruption
  • Other project work as required
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA), a Finance Business Partner who is highly numerate with outstanding interpersonal, writing and communication skills, an ability to redefine management thinking but also work in partnership to improve the business. Ideally, you will have provenfinancial experience working within a commercial environment with prior experience as a business partner supporting operational colleagues.
