Job Description

Cash Management AdministratorBirmingham£20,000 + bonus + benefitsOur client is a privately-owned investment boutique, which specialises in managing risk rated multi-manager funds.They currently have a varied opportunity for a Cash Management AdministratorAbout the Finance / Cash Management Administrator role:The cash management team are predominantly responsible for receipting deposits, making payments and reconciling bank accounts.Duties will include (but not exhaustive):

  • Daily internal and external reconciliation of designated client money bank accounts
  • Effective controls over the receipts and payment of client money
  • Processing Transfer Agency bank receipts
  • Processing Transfer Agency client payments
  • Processing Transfer Agency agent payments
  • Identifying potential issues though analysis of client/agent instructions
  • Verification of bank details on deal settlements
  • Daily banking of Cheque receipts
  • Maintenance of monthly Regular Withdrawals and Regular Investments
  • Understanding regulatory requirements affecting the role specifically and financial services in general
  • Daily Reconciliation of Scheme Bank Accounts
  • Liaising with NAV Team for Scheme Funds Deal Settlements via Workbench portal
  • Preparation and calculation of Investment Advisor Fees
  • Monthly CMAR Data collection
  • Preparation of monthly Annual Management Charge invoicing
  • Preparation of monthly Transfer Agency invoicing
  • Liaising with external auditors
  • About You:
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Professional attitude
  • Computer literate including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Highly organised with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Flexible and willingness to learn
