Field Sales Based in Kings Norton, Birmingham B38-Closing date the 7th June The Client offers a wide range of environmental services mainly to the commercial sector. The origins of the group were in pest control with the foundations for the growth being to offer a great value for money service plus a little bit extra you werent expecting.These foundations have seen rapid growth over the years and the expansion into Hygiene, Garden and Bird Control services were mainly due to customer demand. As a small friendly and thriving family run business working in a relaxed office environment within a farm setting, we are currently seeking to appoint a full time Sales Surveyor: Whats on offer - Attractive starting salary of £27,000.00 with OTE of 11,400 for the first 12 months - DOE - 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) - Auto-enrolment pension scheme - Contribution Private Medical Cover - On-site free car parking - Free tea and coffee Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated Field Sales Surveyor who has previous demonstrable experience in a similar role. We are seeking someone who is confident meeting sales targets and you will be expected to: - Work in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Sales Administrator - Carry out presentations to promote new products and sell the whole range of the Busters Group services through multi quoting in line with KPIs - Close sales using the company price list to ensure correct levels of profit are maintained - Escalate any sales exceeding 2.5K to be discussed and agreed by management to ensure correct margins are reached - Process sales orders with client approval to proceed - Generate quotations and recommendations through the CRM system - Territory planning to ensure a minimum of 4 appointments per day - Be able to work in the office during a probationary period to plan your working week and book appointments. (4 appointments per day as a minimum) - Attend conferences/networking events to understand industry trends - Deal with client retention queries submitted from the office. - Complete all company agreements and direct debit mandates where applicable to ensure payment. - Complete daily sales performance sheets, Mileage Sheets and weekly forward Planners - Maintain high standards of Health & Safety at all times - Attend sales meetings and team meetings when required - Presenting the Busters Group to existing and new clients. - Understand and Work towards the companies KPIS. - Cold calling to develop new business What we are looking for in the ideal candidate: - Be able to meet sales targets - Have a professional and courteous manner - Have high level of accuracy and efficiency - Have good communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines with confidence. - An understanding of current legislation in regards to pest management and bird control is advantageous - Excellent customer relationship skills are required to develop new business and maintain our existing client base. - Have excellent time management and good timekeeping skill - Due to our remote location and travel, a car owner would be advantageous.
