Job Description

Field Service Technician£25,000 - 35,000 per annum (dependent on skills and abilities) Location: Wrexham/Birmingham/BangorAdditional benefits:

We are delighted to be supporting an industry leading company who supply some of the UK’s biggest names with their recruitment of a Field Service Technician. If you have a Technician or Engineering background and enjoy dealing with customers than we wantto hear from you!The role of the Field Service Technician:
  • Install, repair and service products at customer sites.
  • Carry out testing to fault find and ensure that company vehicle is fully stocked with spare parts and testing equipment.
  • Complete required service calls and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Adhere to H&S, offer improvements and suggestions and maintain good working relationships with internal teams.
The Successful Field Service Technician will have the following skills:
  • Mechanical/Electrical and/or technical skills.
  • Problem solver, attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Driving license due to be UK based.
