They are looking to hire an ambitious Field Engineer who can provide first class technicalexcellence and customer service.As a CCTV & Access Control Field Engineer:

  • You will be involved in multiple projects where you will install and commission CCTV and Access Control systems at customer sites nationally
  • You will attend call outs to fix any faults, providing accurate reports and system diagnostics, as well as carry out planned maintenance of systems
  • You will provide on-site training to customers to ensure systems are operated correctly
  • You will ensure all health and safety procedure are adhered to, and all relevant documentation is updated
WHATS IN IT FOR YOUSalary: You will receive a salary up to £35,000 pa depending on experienceFlexibility/WFH: Core working hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm and you will be based from your home. However, as this role is field based, hours can be sporadic with some paid overtime required depending on the needs of the customer and travelwill play a large part of your role. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
  • Have relevant installation and commissioning experience with Salto or a similar product
  • Have good CCTV and Intercom knowledge with products such as Hikvision, Akuvox, Dahua or similar
  • Be able to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
  • Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate confidently and professionally with customers face to face
  • Be able to prioritise your own workload and have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a small, dynamic team
  • Have a full driving license and be able to stay away from home to complete large installation projects when required
