Job Description

Field Service EngineerMachine Control and GPS Construction Systems (M1 & M40 Corridors)Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton, Luton, Watford, Slough, Reading, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Banbury£40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary + Company Car + Training + Overtime + Door-to-Door Pay

The Role of the Field Service Engineer:
  • Attend customers locations, predominantly depots and construction sites.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing machine control and GPS systems into mobile plant vehicles within the construction & agricultural industry.
  • Calibrating systems to ensure they are working correctly.
  • Provide user training and offering good customer service
  • Mon - Fri role
The Candidate for the Field Service Engineer:
  • Previous field service exposure preferable
  • Experience working on large plant or related vehicles is highly advantageous
  • Good customer service skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in UK; sponsorship will not be provided
The Package for the Field Service Engineer:
  • £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary depending on experience (Upper end only for candidates who have installed machine control systems before)
  • Overtime
  • Door-to-door pay
  • Company Car; Ford Ranger Wildtrak
  • On-going training
  • 25 days holiday plus stats
