Job Description

Position SummaryAraceli Biosciences is seeking a new Field Application Scientist to work within its instrument division focusing on its new series of solutions for High Content Analysis.The position is designed as the principal connection between our technologies and the end-users who utilize them to advance science. The position is intended for those looking to work with world leading scientist in Pharma, Biotech and Research organisationsas part of a highly technical and dedicated teamDuties & Responsibilities

  • Creating training material (guides, videos, start-ups, procedures)
  • Build & Manage - Training and installation processes
  • Provide Front line support for customers - helping them and directing them to the appropriate resources
  • Demonstrations - Hosting Web and as needed in-person
  • Creating content for marketing - Articles, posts, stories, editorials, advertorials, etc.
  • Writing & Presenting Webinars on products or specific applications
  • Sales Support - Providing technical expertise at trade shows, educational seminars, and on specific customer calls
  • Customer Satisfaction - Own installed customer relationships and helping build in-field satisfaction
  • Build & Manage - VOC (Voice of customer) studies as means of product and service improvement
  • Build & Manage - KOL (Key opinion leaders) programs to understand the needs of and utilise the network of top scientists
Job Requirements
  • PhD in Biology, Physics or Chemistry - Required
  • History with Microscopy or High Content Imaging - Strong Positive
  • Experience working with Pharmaceutical or Biotech - Strong Positive
  • Experience and history of Image Analysis - Strong Positive
  • Ability to Travel up to 40% of time
Location and Working Hours
  • Position is full time
  • Flexible hours are available
  • Based in the Birmingham, Cambridge, Oxford
