Family Solicitor, Birmingham / £30,000 - £35,000Are you a Family Solicitor (Public Law) seeking to join a reputable firm Birmingham City Centre A great role has arisen for a Family Solicitor who specialises in public law around 1-2 years PQE on a full-time permanent basis. The role can offer some formof hybrid working, free on-site parking, fabulous new offices in a key location in central Birmingham and the ability to progress quickly!This firm is still fairly young, but their reputation has gone from strength to strength. The firm are known for having a great staff retention rate, brilliant support for their fee earners by way of legal assistants and paralegals along with the bonus of amanaging director who is hands on.You will be given the opportunity to work on diverse caseload of public law matters to include Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Forced Marriage Protection Orders, Children Act proceedings etc and you will be appropriately supported by legal assistants!The firm offer a bonus scheme of 5% of anything billed above target which tends to be 3 x salary.
