Job Description

Are you a skilled leader in Plastic Manufacturing and Assembly Environments Are you confident in establishing and improving processes Are you looking for you next role as a Factory or Manufacturing ManagerKingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Factory Manager a leading Manufacturing business working within a fast paced plastics manufacturing operation.As the ideal candidate you will be a confident manager with experience of injection molding and assembly. You will be experienced in leading teams through production analysis and development of systems and processes to deliver improvements.The role will involve:

  • Leading Managers within the Manufacturing, Assembly and Engineering teams to identify and analyse process bottlenecks
  • Working with the Managers to establish KPIs to allow a positive performance management systems to develop
  • Taking the lead in Continuous Improvement activities
  • Developing communication and visual management throughout the factory
  • Working closely with materials and quality functions to improve performance
  • Play a leading role in developing skills across teams
  • Work with teams to drive costs and waste reduction , improve efficiency and outputs
