We are working with a local training centre in the Birmingham area who are looking for an experienced Facilities/Estates Manager.This will be a varied role - looking after all aspects relating to the building and its facilties, including managing a small team. The centre is housed in a heritage building, in woodland grounds.We are looking for the below experience:- Man-management/supervisory experience- Health & Safety qualifications- Facilities management experience, ideally within a national trust or heritage building.- Ability to multi-task and take on duties to get the job done,The role is an interim role initially, leading to a perm role.
