  • Provide first-level support for facility-related issues, responding promptly to service desk inquiries and incidents.
  • Log and prioritise service requests, ensuring accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate timely resolution of facility-related problems and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and manage facility management software systems to track work orders, service requests, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with personnel to ensure efficient and effective resolution of facility issues.
  • Communicate with building occupants to gather information on reported problems and provide timely updates on the status of service requests.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of facility management processes and procedures to address user inquiries accurately.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of service desk procedures and documentation.
