Job Description

This role will support the wider department focusing largely on invoice, service charge and procurement administration. The role will involve becoming a lead in a specific area of the Facilities Management Support team whilst also undertaking day to dayadministration tasks.Client DetailsYou will be working for a large private sector company, who are one of the the leading commercial property consultancy company in Europe.Description

  • Coding and processing of invoices through the purchase to pay applications
  • Supplier contract administration
  • Service charge documentation and variance report administration
  • Utility administration
  • General administration
  • Training of new starters with regards to purchase to pay systems and processes and general system support to wider department.
  • Ability to cope in a fast pace, agile working environment and work to short deadlines.
  • Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with internal colleagues in Property Management, support functions and the wider Real Estate business
  • Prepare data for inclusion in management reports
  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies - e.g. Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR
  • Complete administrative tasks as required to include use of systems, filing, inventory management etc
Profile
  • Ideally will have previous experience in a similar role
  • Accounts payable experience would be useful but not essential
  • Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken
  • IT literate - MS Office at intermediate level
Systems
  • MS Excel (preferably use of pivots tables and vlookups), Word, Visio (Visio is not essential)
  • Adobe
  • Proactis (not essential)
  • Tramps / MRI / Yardi / Horizon / Dynamics (not essential)
