Job Description

EXPORT FREIGHT ADMINISTRATORBIRMINGHAM (B37)£20,000 - £25,000 depending on experienceMonday - Friday 10am-6pm /1pm-9pmGlobal Organisation, excellent benefits, holiday & pension etcWe are working with a large global logistics organisation who are seeking to recruit an EXPORT FREIGHT ADMINISTRATOR in their Birmingham airport office location.The role will be handling the administration for the Export of Airfreight, European Roadfreight and also UK Transport movements.Duties will be;

  • Entering collection and delivery details into the system,
  • Updating files with estimated delivery data,
  • Inputting costings from airlines, hauliers, warehouses etc and passing for invoicing,
  • Checking information provided by overseas offices and agents
  • Tracking and tracing Export shipments
    • Also, liaising with the customer and keeping them updated at all times, responding to their enquires and always offering a professional level of service.** Offering £20,000 to £25,000 per annum, plus 25 days holiday, excellent pension & benefits.** Hours of work - Monday to Friday 10am to 6.30pm and 1pm to 9pm rotating weekly.The role requires a positive and confident candidate, who enjoys working as part of a successful team and is eager to learn and build a career.
