Job Description

Space 8 Recruitment are proud to be working with this innovative & employee conscious company to recruit an Export Compliance Executive to join their passionate and happy Head Office team. The company is based in beautiful premises with an on-site gym and restaurant, and they also offer super-flexibleHYBRID working.The role:

  • Support and advise the customer service and logistics export team on the requirements for import and export shipments.
  • Train new staff on export procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure supply chain maps are in place
  • Take ownership of technical shipping document compliance
  • Identify trade restrictions applicable to exports that might impact the business
  • Support international customers with the completion of technical documents
What are we looking for
  • Proven experience within an export compliance role
  • Driven by facts and confident in your ability
  • A good understanding of export health certification requirements
  • Dutch speaking would be an advantage but is not essential
