This encompasses a wide array of matters that extend beyond tax complianceand advisory.Our client aim to expand their Mobility Services team by adding a Manager capable of furnishing top-notch services to their clients.Client DetailsOur clients UK&I People Advisory Services (PAS) team functions as an integrated practice of tax, reward, and consulting professionals operating across the UK and globally.An international team of multidisciplinary professionals, the UK&I PAS is a strategically important region within our clients integrated People Advisory Services division, which brings together over 11,000 practitioners from Tax and Consulting teams todeliver insight and innovation on people, organisational, and compliance issues.As a leading global Professional Services Firm, our client understands the scale and complexity of how and where people work. The enhanced set of joint capabilities within PAS provides end-to-end solutions for an organisations most pertinent people-relatedbusiness challenges, including People Mobility, Organisation and Workforce Transformation, People Experience, and HR Transformation.Description

  • Cultivating and sustaining client connections while consistently upholding superior levels of client assistance.
  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients with inbound expatriates to the UK and UK outbounds.
  • Overseeing the successful execution of mobility tax ventures and ensuring a high standard of expertise.
  • Taking charge of the day-to-day provision of client services, encompassing both compliance and advisory aspects.
  • Fostering relationships within the firm, spanning various service sectors, and with our international colleagues, in order to pinpoint mobility prospects.
  • Actively pursuing novel tax initiatives from current clients and propelling new projects from targeted companies.
  • Strict adherence to processes related to Quality and Risk Management.
  • Evolving into a dependable member of the management team by nurturing and advising junior staff members, as well as making crucial decisions that impact the team.

Professional requirements:
  • ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/Law qualification (or equivalent)
