Are you a self-motivated, effective business support professional, looking to develop your skills within a varied roleDo you have excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with easeWe have a brand-new position for an Executive Team Administrator to join a unique legal practice in Birmingham City Centre, in a role you can really make your own.As the Team Administrator you will act as a real lynchpin for the Birmingham office, providing a team of fee earners with efficient business administration and coordination support. Acting as the first point of contact in the office, you will liaise withnew and existing clients both over the telephone and in person, arranging appointments, looking after meetings rooms and organising travel and accommodation requirements as needed. On a daily basis you will handle the post, oversee paper and electronic administrationand filing and work alongside all departments in the office to ensure a seamless service is delivered to clients.A true legal and professional services expert, you will be on hand to review and proofread legal documents, type client correspondence and oversee an array of administrative tasks. Working within a boutique legal practice, you will have a real hands-on approachand be confident to offer support wherever it is needed, liaising with key internal stakeholders at all levels.To succeed in this fast-paced Team Administrator opportunity, you will have a minimum of two years experience working within a professional services environment in an administrative role, ideally within law. You will be a natural organiser, with an amazingeye for detail and a real roll your sleeves up style, who is confident liaising with clients and internal stakeholders of all levels. With a no job too big or too small attitude to your role, you will happily turn your hand to anything that is needed. Outstandingattention to detail and a "right first time" approach will be paramount to your success in this role.
