Executive Search Consultant (Retained)- Public Sector Up to £55k basic salary Commission paid at 40% Home working 4 days a week with one day a week in BirminghamThis role is client facing and fee earning, you will work closely with the company founders to help them build their brand within the public sector division, Shared Services.They work with well-known international brands, engaging at C suite level across back office functions such as HR, Finance and Marketing, with well-known industry experts.What You Will DoYou will be a people person first and foremost, with a desire for continuous improvement. This role will play a key part in strategic growth plans. business development - develop relationships with senior business leaders, become known as the go-to person to solve their challenging hiring needs account management - develop accounts so that they provide ongoing and consistent revenue channels research and identify candidates - work in conjunction with our researcher, utilising digital and traditional sourcing channels to seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation and to headhunt them for appropriate campaigns foster and develop relationships with people.
