Job Description

Executive PALondon/ BirminghamMonday to Friday (Hybrid)£37,000 - £42,500 DOEAbout the role of an Executive PA:As an Executive PA, you will have a strong "can-do" work ethic, enjoy a fast-paced environment and be required to demonstrate high levels of initiative and attention to detail. The ability to work well independently with limited day to day supervision is required.The postholder will be required to liaise at Executive level both within CHP and across partner organisations, and will be required to prioritise under pressure Duties of the Executive PA:

  • To provide comprehensive Executive assistance and administration support to the CEO and Chairperson
  • To represent the CEO office, by arranging company meetings and events, including the Board meeting ; handling administrative and email queries; answering questions and meeting requests.
  • To coordinate Board and SLT meetings including all arrangements for administration, minutes, venues. To coordinate weekly SMT meetings. *
  • To maintain and organise the CEOs diary, virtual filing system, and all other relevant areas as necessary.
  • To develop, maintain and review administration systems to achieve maximum efficiency for the CEO, SMT, and the Board
  • To co-ordinate and arrange CEO travel arrangements and meeting scheduling including any briefings required
  • To compile Board papers and ensure they are available in good time for meetings.
  • To circulate reports, prepare and circulate minutes and agendas for Board and Remuneration Committee. To liaise with the Chairman and other Board Members on various matters as required.
  • To respond to Board members and other stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner, usually by email.
  • To coordinate and arrange company meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking accommodation, catering and meeting venues.
  • To maintain and keep up to date CEO mailing lists.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Advanced level word/excel/PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organisation both internal and external
  • Experience in a property environment/ national corporate level
  • Experience of working with government bodies
  • Active use of social media for business purposes
  • Required to travel between locations when required - travel will be paid for by the business.
