Our public sector client are looking for a temporary worker to join their team as an executive officer. This is initially a temporary role until 31/03/22 with the chance of an extension. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, 37 hours a week. Normalshifts will be around the hours of 9am - 5pm. The pay rate for this role is £13.01, paid on a weekly basis.The temporary worker will provide strong administrative skills as well as some team leader processs like payment exceptions management - this role will not include any staff management.You will be helping progress cases though the courts, following well established processes. Ideal candidates will have confidence in engaging with a variety of stakeholders, often communicating with several teams via emails and face to face meetings. Efficientverbal and written communication is needed for this role.You will need to be able to work autonomously where possible but also aware of when issues need escalating.The ideal candidate will have experience in Outlook, Teams, Excel and general admin processs. Ideally the successful candidate will have HMCTS experience. The successful candidate for this role will be subject to a DBS check due to the nature of the role. for more information please apply.
