A globally connected management solutions agency are recruiting for reliable and proactive Executive Co-ordinator to join their team in Birmingham City Centre! This is a varied role providing key support to multiple directors in a PA capacity working in an collaborative environment. This is a client facing role which would require high levels of contribution, and the ideal candidate would need good organisationand communication skills.The role would be very busy and varied therefore the ideal candidate would need to be confident managing internal processes and projects. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a PA supporting a number of individuals in a fast passed andbusy environment.An Executive Co-Ordinator will need to be able efficiently engage with others, be able to work in a high pressure environment and have a high attention to detail. The candidate must also have a high competency for Microsoft Office, and IT programmes.This role would be on a full time basis on a FTC for 12 months with a hybrid element.
