A fantasticExecutive Assistant opportunity has become available for a reputable building consultancybased in Birmingham and is support the Managing Partner on a one-to-one basis.This company has a fabulous reputation in their market with locations across the UK including their Birmingham office which is a prime location on Colmore Row.Their vision is to become the #1 consultancy by bringing their expertise and value to their customers.The Managing Partner is now looking for a new Executive Assistant to support him.I am coordinating this role with Kate, the post holder who is changing roles since returning from maternity leave and reducing her hours.Salary = £30-35,000 per annumHours = Full time, 37.5 hours a weekBenefits = 31 days holiday, Christmas shut down, can buy or sell up to 5 days, competitive pension scheme, gym membership contributionJob responsibilities:• You will act as the main administrative support to the Managing Partner for the business• Responsibility for the Managing Partner’s schedule, including arranging complex travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings, planning and organisation of events and management of casework• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner• Maintains records and processes expenses, invoices and any other requests for payment or reimbursement.• Day to day management of other administrative and secretarial staff• Take minutes during meetings and document actions• Produce/prepare documentation and meeting packs for the Managing Partner and team, including confidential material• Liaise with external consultants on social media content for the teamThe ideal candidate:• Must have previous personal assistant, executive assistant or team assistant experience or very similar• Must be a strong communication and dynamic individual – Kate is the sort of person who is super friendly and approachable and responds to emails and calls very quickly.
