Job Description

A forward thinking, fast paced and highly recognised organisation are currently seeking a driven and collaborative Executive Assistant to support their Operations Director. This is a challenging role that requires the candidates to have a proven track recordof providing first class EA/ PA support at Director level, ideally from within a larger organisation. This company offer excellent benefits and fun, collaborative and sociable environment which enables them all to succeed and work towards to the same commongoals. This is a full time, permanent role that is fully office based Monday to Friday and does require limited holidays to be taken during the summer holidays due to a series of events. Salary is dependent upon experience.This role is a varied role where no two day will be same, however the key parts to the role are extensive diary management and meeting arrangement, full inbox management, expenses, taking minutes of meetings and setting and following upon on action points.Further to this, there is extensive event and project management exposure within this role and candidates will ideally have experience within events and projects.Successful candidates will have extensive PA or EA experience within an international organisation alongside exposure to Events and Projects. You will have experience supporting at a senior level and be used to working within fast paced and challenging environments.You will have a strong commercial acumen and have a strong grasp on the value add required.This role is based in Northamptonshire and the ability to drive to their offices is advised due to their locations.
