Job Description

Full time busy Executive Assistant to CEO position available working for a very successful and established construction company in Birmingham. The role offers hybrid working flexible around you.Client DetailsMy client is a successful construction organisation based in Birmingham looking for a full time Executive Assistant to support the CEO.Description

  • Extensive calendar and diary management for the CEO
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Managing the CEOs email inbox and sending responses
  • Supporting with projects from a coordination perspective
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
  • Arranging travel and booking accommodation
  • Assisting with using Share Point when creating files
  • Handling expenses and budgets
  • Minute taking during meetings
  • Preparing board reports for meetings
  • Organise events
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Handle any requirements in relation to company vehicles, including lease arrangements
  • Book external training as required
Profile
  • Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
  • Previous experience as a board level Personal or Executive Assistant is required
  • High levels of flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience using Share Point
  • Experience in project management is ideal
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise an ever changing workload
  • The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • The ability to communicate with and present to senior management and executives
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts
  • Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Can commute to Birmingham
