Job Description

Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.This position sits within the ambitious Bespoke Events Team and will support the growth, development, and delivery of our Bespoke Events portfolio, including our flagship Trek26 and Memory Walk.We are determined to give our participants the best possible events experience and aim to raise over £6.5M from Bespoke Events in 2023-24.This role will be responsible for supporting on key aspects of event delivery with specific focus on:

  • Recruiting supporters
  • Stewardship planning, creation and evaluations
  • Managing and maximising internal and external relationships
  • Internal process support
  • Delivering exceptional supporter care
  • Maximising fundraising opportunities for the Society
You will work alongside the Bespoke Events Officer and Bespoke Events Manager to help meet both income and expenditure targets and contribute to the wider team’s goals and strategy.About youWe are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and target driven individual to join our friendly and ambitious team. You will have direct or transferrable experience in copyrighting, and building marketing or stewardship communications, and be comfortable takingownership of a project area.You will be able to give and receive feedback, prioritise your own workload and make decisions based on data or insight. We’re looking for a keen problem solver, capable of working under their own initiative whilst collaborating with peers across the EventsTeam.You will be a great communicator who is comfortable building relationships both internally and externally and has exceptional attention to detail.
