Events Logistics CoordinatorBirmingham£30,000 (plus overtime & bonus)Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Events logistics Coordinator to join their team, overseeing Various types of events across the UK and Europe. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per year, with additional bonuses based onperformance along with overtime for travel.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the logistical requirements for various types of events across UK and Europe, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences for customers.Travel to various locations within Europe to oversee event setup, dismantle, and operations.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan, organize, and execute events according to client specifications.Manage event logistics and various modes of transportation such as road, air and sea freight.Oversee on-site event activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure various logistical requirements for both event organisers and exhibitors run smoothly from start to finish.Maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and vendors to guarantee satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.Candidate Spec:Logistics Knowledge / Background of working in logistics is preferred with an understanding for Freight Forwarding.Events backgroundMulti lingual - German speaking (preferred not essential)Strong communications and relationship building skillsFlexible with working hours, min of 6-7 weeks travelling around Europe which will increase with experience gained.Please contact Ruth on for further details.
