We are a world-class manufacturer of some of the best diagnostic instruments & consumables.BASIC SALARY: £60,000 - £80,000 (negotiable depending on experience or potential)BENEFITS: 1st Year OTE £17,000 (UNCAPPED, payable annually) Pension (8% Company Contribution) Company Car 25 Days Annual Holiday (plus Statutory days) Private Healthcare Necessary IT InfrastructureCOMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: This is a home-based role with European travel, therefore we welcome applications from mobile candidates with proximity to airports, including: Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Cambridge, Oxford, Luton,Newcastle, Italy, Spain or France.JOB DESCRIPTION: European Sales Manager, International Sales Manager - Diagnostics, Automation, Robotics, Life SciencesHome-based from either the UK, Italy, Spain, or France, we are looking for someone to drive and win new business projects sales and account development, for OEM partnerships, across our range of diagnostic instruments and consumables.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: European Sales Manager, International Sales Manager - Diagnostics, Automation, Robotics, Life SciencesThe European Sales Manager role will include the following tasks:Build new business sales and drive key account management, via a combination of telephone, digital and face-to-face methods Accountable for customers and products throughout the entire sales life cycle process (sales and prototype phase, project phase and life cycle management phase of final product) Utilise existing leads whilst strategically creating your own Create a medium and long-term sales pipeline Deliver client presentations accompanied & supported by technical colleagues Prepare quotes, write tenders & close deals Grow business pipeline across multiple stakeholdersAs our European Sales Manager you will have the following characteristics & experiences:BSc or MSc in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Clinical Chemistry, Proteomics, Immunoanalysis, Cell Analysis or similar life sciences subject Track record in European capital project solutions sales of scientific instruments or consumables Specific local market knowledge of one or more of the following countries: UK, Italy, France, or Spain Happy to conduct European travel up to 50% of your working time without restriction, both by air and road Able to work remotely from home office Flexible to effectively manage a large geographic territory A strategic planner and detailed executorTHE COMPANY:We are a global award-winning manufacturer of high-quality and ground-breaking scientific instruments & consumables, with massive growth potential.Our customer-led R&D has created ground-breaking innovations, which have been credited as genuine game-changing solutions within our target markets, and across many countries.
