Job Description

Your new roleAs an Estates Administrator you will work alongside an excellent team to deliver estates inputs into property projects to make sure the organisation complies with government property legislation and has an estate of the right size, condition and location.This role will involve regular visits to our Leeds or Wakefield office but could be suitable for candidates UK wide.What youll be leading on

  • Accurately maintain the companys property records, financial and other administrative records using the companys systems to comply with statutory and internal procedures, to make decisions and inform effective decision making.
  • Collate and analyse relevant information to make decisions and inform effective decision making.
  • Maintain financial records and process payments on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Review data and information and look to improve efficiencies in data across the portfolio.
  • Assist the wider team with day to day activities, working on relevant projects as required.
To be successful
  • Knowledge and experience of working in an estate management/property environment is desirable
  • Ability to manage and prioritise high volumes of work to deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate and lead as appropriate to deliver requirements
  • Convey complex information to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to examine and interpret complex information and obtain further information to make accurate decisions
  • Knowledge of computer systems including MS word and excel
  • Flexible approach to work as tasks may vary

In addition, we manage the companys largeand dispersed estate, process damage claims and are responsible for the operation of the Dartford Crossing (Dart Charge) facility.
