  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Estate Agency and a proven track record in managing and leading a successful sales team, as well as robust property valuation and listings experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with excellentopportunities for growth and development within the company.
  • The search is on for a Sales Manager with an emphasis on new business generation, valuations and listings, so someone who is not one dimensional, but an all-rounder who can sell, value and list with the further emphasis on quality listings and not on lowfees - even in the current climate our clients are still maintaining good fees.
  • For sales people excited by working for our dynamic, innovative and prestigious clients, this opportunity is one that must not be allowed to pass you by. They will also consider a Senior Negotiator / Lister or Assistant Manager to take up the Sales Managersposition but you would need to have solid property listing experience.
Estate Agent Sales Manager - The Role:
  • You will work closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believepassionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
  • You will drive the business forward generating enquiries and property listings, whilst also managing the team.
  • You will win instructions, overcoming the competition, whilst enhancing market share.
  • You will assist colleagues in other departments achieve the collective business goals of delivering the very best customer services, whilst also enhancing operating performance.
Estate Agent Sales Manager - Key objectives:
  • Manage and lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competition to inform sales strategies and pricing
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings and marketing materials
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations
Estate Agent Sales Manager - Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Estate Agent Sales Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and current trends
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • A valid drivers license
Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota basis, 10.00-15.00 with 1/2 day in lieu credited back to you.
