Job Description

Key Stage 3 English Lead required to spearhead the development and delivery of Key Stage 3 English at this dynamic and progressive academy. Are you an experienced English Teacher looking for the next step in your teaching career This is an exciting opportunityto join a forward-thinking English department, and work with an outstanding team of English Teachers who are committed to delivering outstanding lessons and unlocking the full potential for the children that they support.As a Key Stage 3 lead you will be responsible for the development of the Key Stage 3 curriculum. You will receive outstanding support from the Head of English, and will enjoy working with a proactive and dedicated team of English teachers. This school has outstandingfacilities and you will have access to an extensive library of resources. This role requires an English Teacher with brilliant subject knowledge and a desire to make a difference. . You must be a QTS or QTLS English teacher to be considered for this role.Job Role:

  • Leading English across Key Stage 3
  • Delivering English booster sessions for students that require additional support
  • Working in unison with the HOD and English Teachers to plan outstanding lessons
  • Breaking down barriers to education and making English accessible to all students
