Job Description

Engineer Surveyor£30000 -£40000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + Working BonusBased around the MidlandsDo you have good knowledge of being an engineer surveyor and looking to take the next step within your careerOn offer is the chance to be responsible for carrying out Written Schemes of Examination and statutory examinations on pressure systems, to assist clients compliance with Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000.Roles and responsibilities:

  • Identifying all items within the pressure system and those for examination
  • Drawing a full pressure system in relation to the location within the building.
  • Carrying out statutory examinations in accordance with the Written Scheme
  • External and internal viewing and reporting on the condition of the examinable item.
  • Ensuring safety devices are in full working order and fit for purpose.
  • Report on any mandatory or recommended requirements to the customer, that may give rise to danger.
Knowledge, skills and experiences:
  • Experience within pressure systems
  • Understand the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000
  • Be able to undertake examinations on all ranges of pressure equipment
  • Compressed Air, Gas systems and Steam (Industrial Boilers)
  • Full UK driving license
