Role: Email Marketing ManagerSalary: £30k - £35k - flexibility for all candidates.Location: Smethwick / Harborne - Birmingham CX Squared are partnered with a growing proptech and online SAAS product, who is doing ambitious and innovating the auctioneering game in Birmingham.They are growing their marketing team and are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager whos ability to drive growth and deliver on-brand, consistent communication. The ideal person would have experience in Email Marketing strategy creation, planningand execution.ObjectivesManage and build overall email marketing strategyCreate various email lists and campaignsCreate and design various CTAs and email templatesTest every campaigns successDetermine email marketing KPIsDevelop and present reports on a weekly basisDevelop a lead generation strategyCreate smart email listsIncrease email subscriptionsAnalyze data to get smart insightsSuggest methods for improvementsSegment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactionsDevelop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.Daily & Monthly ResponsibilitiesWork closely with sales and marketing teams to identify our target email audience and grow our email list, using particularly placed sign up forms and gated content throughout the larger websiteDesign and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
