Training and development is at the forefront of the ethos of this fabulous global leisure group and theyre now looking for an Email and CRM Executive to join their team.The role:Based in the heart of Birmingham city centre, but offering hybrid working, our client is a global leader in the hotel and leisure industry with aa hugely impressive portfolio of properties around the world. Theyve also got a really lovely and growing marketingteam and the Email Marketing Executive will report to the Senior Digital Manager to help create fantastic marketing across the portfolio. This is a busy role, and youll be supporting on multiple projects to develop their email service including automation,split testing and supporting the development of database growth strategies. You will write copy for all email marketing campaigns, and build them using their email platform (a version of Dotmailer) and will user test email performance. Youll proof read, broadcastthe campaigns to a segmented database as well a analysing campaign performance and suggesting improvements. Youll produce monthly email marketing reports and create sign-up forms for implementation on websites. Youll also get to be a bit creative, usingCanva to create engaging graphics for the campaigns.What were looking for:Like so many roles at the moment, this role could be filled by two different types of candidate. At the higher salary range you will have at least 2 years experience in a purist email marketing role with experience of email marketing platforms such as Dotmailer,but at the lower salary level you may have come from a generalist digital background which includes email marketing, and youre keen to develop this skills further - experience of building, writing and reporting on some campaigns is essential. At both levelsyoull have used Google analytics and email reporting tools to build reports for clients. Youll be keen to work for a global company which is financially robust and can offer you training and development.Whats on OfferSalary for this role will depend on experience but is between £24-30,000 with a very generous discount scheme across the group as well as very competitive holiday and brilliant office space. Theyre currently working 2 days in the office, 3 days from homeso you should be able to commute to Birmingham city centre with ease.
